x=-2/5
Steps:
6^x/3 +2 = 6^-14x/3
x/3+2 = -14x/3.
x +6 = -14x (multiply both sides by 3)
x = -14x - 6 (Substract 6 from both sides)
x + 14x = -6 (add 14x to both sides)
15x = -6 (collect like terms)
x = -2/5 (divide both sides by 15)
